$4.99 Day Pass — 24-hour unlimited ranked play across every game on the platform. One payment via Apple Pay, card, or Cash App through Coinflow/Xsolla Merchant of Record. Passkey-derived wallet address auto-filled. Compete for real cBTC prizes.

🏆 Per-game leaderboards, one shared revenue pool

Every game runs its own daily top-3 leaderboard, finalized at 11pm EST. The daily revenue pool = (count of day passes today) × $4.49 — that is, 90% of all $4.99 day-pass revenue. Platform retains 10% to fund infrastructure and sponsor gas via paymaster.

A NeonDrop master wins NeonDrop. A Retro Invasion master wins Retro Invasion. Best score per game per day per player — no duplicate winners on a single board.

4. Quadratic Prize Allocation

How does the daily pool split across multiple games when one game has 100 players and a new game has 5? The naive answers fail in opposite directions: even split rewards lottery-like thin fields; pure proportional punishes new-game launches into oblivion. We use quadratic allocation — the same mathematical primitive Vitalik Buterin proposed for democratic public-goods funding.

The "needs N more" string is recruitment copy. Players watch the projected pool grow as the day fills up — checking the pool becomes part of the daily ritual, and posting a screenshot of an unusually fat thin-field projection becomes the platform's organic acquisition loop.

5. Revenue Model

One paid product, one rake, one place revenue comes from: the $4.99 day pass. Platform retains 10% (covers Cloudflare infrastructure + paymaster gas + ops); 90% becomes the daily prize pool, allocated quadratically across games as described in §4.

Gaming revenue (the only revenue today)

Platform earns 10% of all $4.99 day-pass purchases. The other 90% is allocated as prize pools across games using the quadratic formula in §4. There is no per-game day pass, no subscription, no in-game micro-transactions, and no paid academy tier — the academy is 100% free, forever (see §7).

Bitcoin Arcade Zone runs on a stack that costs ~$5/month at any scale Cloudflare's free tier covers, scaling sub-linearly. The platform retains 10% of every $4.99 day pass and 10% rake on 1v1 / broadcast challenges. Break-even is ~80 paying users per day. Above that, every additional paying user is ~$0.49 of pure margin (after MoR fees). The model compounds with multi-game expansion, the 1v1/broadcast challenge layer, and Citrea ecosystem co-marketing — none of which require additional infrastructure.
